You may return Full Priced items for a refund within 21 days of your order date.

SALE Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

• Dalbitnewyork@gmail.com to request your Return Authorisation Number (RA) within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Include in the email your customer order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund and the reasons for your return.
• Once your refund/exchange has been approved, you will receive an email with your number and the return address.
• Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 10 business days (please allow an additional 3 days for your refund to appear in your account).

All orders are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase via USPS. A notification email will be sent with tracking when the order has shipped. 

Domestic packages are sent by First Class Mail and typically arrive 3-5 days of shipment.

International packages are sent First Class Mail and typically arrive 7-10 days. In some cases, the delivery may take up to 30 days for international packages, please contact your local post office if you are concerned about the whereabouts of the package.
