Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days via USPS.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Dalbit New York is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit once they have been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Shipping within the United States is a flat rate of $7.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping for a flat rate of $17.
Free international shipping is available on orders over $200.
International packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment.
Please note that in some cases delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Dalbit New York is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.
For any concerns regarding delivery, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return Full Priced items for a refund within 21 days of your order date.

SALE Items and Beauty Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
​
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Dalbitnewyork@gmail.com to request your Return Authorisation Number (RA) within 5 days of receiving your order.

Include in the email your customer order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund and the reasons for your return.

Once your refund/exchange has been approved, you will receive an email with your number and the return address.

Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 10 business days (please allow an additional 3 days for your refund to appear in your account).
