Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note: Dalbit New York is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit after they have been handed to the carrier.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. A flat shipping rate of $7.00 applies to all U.S. orders.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail at a flat rate of $17.00. Free international shipping is available on orders totaling $200.00 or more (after discounts, before taxes).

Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery may take up to 30 days depending on customs processing and local postal services. Dalbit New York is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers. For delivery concerns, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Dalbit New York is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

  2. Full-priced items may be returned within 21 days of the order date.

  3. Sale items and Beauty items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

  5. How to Initiate a Return

  6. Email us at dalbitnewyork@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns requested after this window may not be accepted.

  7. Include in your email: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your return.

  8. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with your RA number and the return shipping address.

  9. Ship your item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  10. Refund Processing

  11. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your original payment account, depending on your financial institution.

  12. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  13. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at dalbitnewyork@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
