Full-priced items may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment within 14 days of delivery.

Full-priced items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 21 days of delivery.

After 21 days, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.

Sale items and Beauty items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Personalized, engraved, resized, custom, or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please email us at dalbitnewyork@gmail.com within the applicable return period to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with your RA number and return shipping instructions.

Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is no longer available, you may choose store credit or, if the return is still within the 14-day refund period, a refund to the original form of payment.

Refunds & Store Credit

Returns received within 14 days of delivery and approved after inspection will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Returns received between 15 and 21 days after delivery are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other international fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at dalbitnewyork@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

A flat shipping rate of $7.00 applies to U.S. orders.

International Shipping

International shipping is available at a flat rate of $29.00. Free international shipping is available on orders of $250.00 or more after discounts and before taxes.

International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and local postal services. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.
