The Dalbit New York does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. An exchange or refund will only be issued where an item is deemed faulty beyond repair or if a replacement of the same item is unavailable for exchange.
All pieces are quality checked prior to dispatch. For all faulty returns, Dalbit New York will assess the fault and reserves the right to repair or replace the pieces. If the item is no longer in stock, an exchange for another item of equal value or full refund will be issued provided that all pieces or components of the original item are available for inspection.
A return will only be considered if you notify The Dalbitnewyork Standard of any fault within 14 days of receipt and a return request has been officially lodged. The item must be sent immediately after the return is approved and an Authorization Number issued. A refund or replacement will no longer be considered for any faulty items received at The our location after 6 weeks of purchase.
We advise you to take note of your tracking number. The Dalbit New York is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
- Dalbitnewyork@gmail.com to request your Return Authorisation Number (RA) within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Include in the email your customer order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund and the reasons for your return.
- Once your refund/exchange has been approved, you will receive an email with your number and the return address.
- Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 10 business days (please allow an additional 3 days for your refund to appear in your account).
All orders are shipped within 3-5 days of purchase via USPS. A notification email will be sent with tracking when the order has shipped. Once an item has been shipped, IAMTHAT is not responsible for packages lost or damage in transit.
Domestic packages are sent Flat Rate Priority Mail and typically arrive 3-5 days of shipment.
International packages are sent First Class mail and typically arrive 7-10 days. In some cases, the delivery may take up to 30 days for international packages, please contact your local post office if you are concerned about the whereabouts of the package.
